Shot Lists

Shot List:

At the start of the film we see an over the shoulder shot of the hero following the villain the camera stays at a medium height so no one is overpowering the other.
As we go in to the flashback we see a low angle shot of the villian to show his power and dominance.
we then see the dealer come out of nowhere with a high angle shot to show that he is weaker and that he is being controlled by the villian. there is then close ups of the two of them when they are speaking to each other to show their emotions.
In the background the hero comes in to shot with a extreme low angle to show that he is the most powerful.

As the deal takes place we have a two shot to show the exchange of items and the characters expressions.
There is then 1 second clip of an extreme close up of the briefcase to show the audience what is actually in there.
As the dealer is not impressed he decides to stand up to the villian by saying "i dont think so mate". the camera shot on him has now gone level instead of a high angle to show that he is gaining power over the opponent.
There is now a high angle on the villian to show that he is now not in control of the situation.
As the dealer starts beating him up the is a extreme low angle shot to show his severe dominance on the situation. As the villain lies on the ground there an high angle shot to show that he has become weak and helpless.

Once again there is an extreme close up of the gun and the villian take it out of his pocket.
The shot then suddenly changes to the dealer whos becomes a high angle shot as he is in a difficult situation. As the dealer dies there is a high angle to show that ghe was hopeless and not brave enough. as the villain walks off the camera changes from a high angle back the a medium height shot.

the next 30 seconds is the chase where there is mostly a medium height shot on both the villain and the hero and so no one knows the outcome.
As it comes to the stand off there is clse ups of the 2 mens faces to show there expressions in the situation the villian having a grin on his face and the hero being serious.
As we hear the gun shot this can give the audience the idea that the villain died as he wasnt serious and that they mostly always end in a happy ending.

Actual Script

We first see the hero following the villian down a pathway.
There is then a flashback to what happened monets before.
We see the villian walking down the steps and comes across a dealer.

Dealer: alright, what you got in the briefcase.

Villian: Dont you worry everything is in there.

In the background we see the hero come in to the shot.
The deal takes place but the dealer isnt happy.

Dealer: Oi i dont think so mate.

Villian: What seems to be the problem here.

A fight scene then happens as the dealer hits the villian around the face knocking him to the ground. the villain then pulls out a weapon and shoots the dealer killing him.
As we see the villain walk off the hero comes in to the shot. It then carrys on back to real life after the flashack and ther hero follows the villain. they chase each other the bridge and through an alleyway until they come to a stop.

Villian starts laughing

Hero: Put the fu**ing gun down

Villian carrys on laughing

Villian: haha likewise.

You have uploaded two more posts since you uploaded your Blog Check List.  You still have a lot of tasks to complete in the Planning Section!

Focus on completing in the lessons this week: Practise Titles, an Animatic Storyboard and any further Online Tutorials.  You can then create a post evaluating your tutorials and experiments on Adobe and comment on whether they were useful or not.

Upload a post a day to ensure that you meet the deadline for research and planning on the 27th January.

Tutorials

When we started putting our film together, we had some trouble as the film started to lag meaning that it was constantly pausing and not making the film run smoothly.
This meant we had to research to see what we could do to stop the lagging.
We eventually found out that we had to do multiple stuff and then press enter which means it renders  the film so it runs smoothly. We found out this information by looking on youtube, so we found a few channels that showed how to do it.

AS we have a few gun shots in our film, we needed to have some sound effects and a flash. To find out how to do the flash we looked on youtube and found out that we had to save an image on google images of a flash, then place it on to adobe element premiere and then had to edit it in to one of our scenes.
For the gun shot sound we once again researched it on you tube and found out that we had to look up a sound of a gun on the web and then save it and place it on to adobe premiere. We had a few problems with this as every time that we searched the word gun, the school had blocked websites meaning that it was difficult to find one. Eventually we did finds a site and we found the perfect sound.

Time management schedule:
To start our filming we all decided to meet in Leatherhead (which is the location for our film) on the 22nd of december 2013 the location
We decided to start filming along the river mole but some ideas were halted as the river had burst its banks meaning that there was limited access to some paths.
We eventually found a location where we could start filming and luckily the paths were not flooded. We were all glad to see that when we were filming that there was no rain and that it was mostly sunny and so we didnt have any stopages through out our filming process. This means that we had a longer time period in the day to get everything right.
In the end we chose the right day as our location the next few days was 2 feet under water and so it was a good thing that we had got all the filming done otherwise we may have not completed it.
